👆 Nasi Goreng (satu sudu minyak, bawang, telur, nasi) + udang saute (sikit minyak, garam, pepper, chili flakes) + sayur mentah (timun, carrot, tomato, salad)

 👆 Fetucini + tauhu salut kari n wantan goreng (guna air fryer) + sup sayur (minyak, bawang putih, bawang merah, ayam skit, satu sudu sos tiram, air, pucuk jagung, celery, carrot, tomato)

 👆 Fetucini + sup wantan + tauhu (rebus dalam sup sekali) + sayur mentah (taugeh, kacang panjang, carrot)

 👆 Brown rice + salmon bakar (minyak, garam, pepper, chili flakes, guna magic pan) + sayur saute (minyak, garam, pepper, carrot, capsicum, guna magic pan) + timun
